Man arrested in Eddie Hutch snr murder investigation

A man aged in his 30s has been arrested as part of the investigation in to the murder of Eddie Hutch Snr.

Mr Hutch, who was not connected to gangland, was killed on Popular Row, Dublin 3 on February 8.

He was the brother of Gerry ‘The Monk’ Hutch.

The man was arrested earlier today in the Dublin area and is currently detained under Section 50 of the Criminal Justice Act, 2007 at Mountjoy Garda Station. He can be detained for up to seven days.
