Build your own or your child or young person's confidence. Learn how to think laterally and solve problems.
And take part in trips to court to see how a court report is written, to the Dail to see the workings of Ireland's political machine, or participate in mock interviews as a young journalist.
The best written story each month will receive a devoted space on the website to include the young writer's name.
Journalism classes starting August. Classes every Saturday morning and early afternoon.
Dublin city centre location to be announced later. Classes for children aged 11-15 from 10-11 am- prices €150 for five week Saturday classes from Saturday, August 20 (covering writing stories, interviewing skills, online writing.)
A story boot camp for two weeks will follow for children to take place in holiday periods.
And young adult courses for 16-19 year-olds from Saturday, August 20, from 1 pm until 2 pm. Nine week courses for €300.
Individual classes can be arranged for a higher fee. And shorthand skills can also be obtained if an interest there by arranging separate groups.
Everyone is advised to bring their own laptop/iPad and charger so they are immediately familiar with the workings of their own PC
